Help me understand Negus!

In his album Negus: The Royal Principle, Al Gromer Khan has quoted the following text in the CD cover.
The Royal PrincipleIf a crown were added, a crown would remain. If a crown were to be removed, a crown would remain. Impartiality comes with the person.

I like the album Negus, gentle like a breeze, with Amelia Cuni's voice for the track Female Sexuality adding a bit of tantric touch. Yet without understanding the above quote printed on the album cover, I feel like missing something.
