Help me understand Negus!

In his album Negus: The Royal Principle, Al Gromer Khan has quoted the following text in the CD cover.

The Royal Principle

If a crown were added, a crown would remain. If a crown were to be removed, a crown would remain. Impartiality comes with the person.

A Picture of a Crown here in the middle.

The sovereign depends on no one: gold, untainted and complete, circle-like. Disliking no one and no one being dear to him, not inclined to reject or accept, the lion sleeps tonight.

I like the album Negus, gentle like a breeze, with Amelia Cuni's voice for the track Female Sexuality adding a bit of tantric touch. Yet without understanding the above quote printed on the album cover, I feel like missing something.

Do you know what the quote means? If so, please discuss it on the comments.
